This is limited to text displayed in our games, screenshots taken in the games, and videos taken in the games. You may edit videos you play yourself, or create content by overlaying your own voice over videos, but the following is prohibited: modifying, correcting, changing, or altering the artwork and designs in the game, including splitting them up; posting only music data; posting videos that are perceived as being primarily for the purpose of listening to music; and unauthorized use of the voices of each character.
Commercial or profit-making use is prohibited.
However, partner functions officially provided by various posting sites, advertisements on the posting sites, and voluntary donations from third parties who use the functions of various posting sites are not considered to be commercial or profit-making uses, and therefore these are not prohibited.
Regardless of whether or not you have agreed to the guidelines, we do not guarantee that the content does not infringe on the rights of third parties. We are not responsible for any damages incurred as a result of using this copyrighted material by customers who have agreed to the guidelines.
(1) When using and posting copyrighted material you have created, you must respect the image of our games and copyrighted material, and take great care not to damage their credibility or honor. You must not post, publish or take any other action that may have a negative social or educational impact.
(2) Any use of the Work you have created for defamatory purposes, including posting it on sites related to religion, politics, or anti-social activities, discriminatory expression or the purpose of affirming or encouraging discrimination, infringement of copyrights or other third party rights, or the purpose of affirming criminal activity, is prohibited.
(3) If we discover any use of the copyrighted material in connection with any of the above items (1)(2) or any other illegal activities, we may request that such use, including posting and publishing, be discontinued and that the posting be deleted, and you must comply with such request.
(4) Regardless of (3), please note that we may, at our discretion and without prior notice, directly request that the content be removed from each posting site or take legal action.
